Titmouse and its six eggs

Mother bird
This is the old fence between my neighbour's garden and mine. There is nothing interesting about it but the story that goes with it which I want to share with you. It is all about the iron tube that you can see on this photo which is hollow inside and about 1, 30 metres high. We noticed a little titmouse that used to fly into this tube and fly out of it very often. As it is as dark as pitch inside the tube my father took his battery to see what’s happening inside and he said that there were some eggs into it.

Then I took my camera and took these photos. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw six eggs that the little bird hatched at the very bottom of this iron tube. This was really very interesting to me. I only wonder what is going to happen and if the little birdies will ever hatch from these eggs in such conditions.

Our neighbour’s tom cat noticed the same as well and almost doesn’t move himself away from that place trying to catch the little bird.

I totally love cats, but sometimes they should leave the birds alone!

Amazing where birds make their nests. Just hope the chicks are able to get out when the time is right.
That cat has that look that only a cat can get - "come down and make my day" :)
