Tulip

In my country “Lala” is the other name for this lovely flower.
I am sorry that the quality of this photo is awful but I cannot resist showing to those who are interested to know what’s happening in the titmouse nest. I was surprised to see that there are now 8 eggs in the nest instead of 6. And I noticed that the nest isn’t as clean as it was. To be continued…

Love these photos of the nest. Curious that there are now more eggs than last time you looked? I don't know anything about these birds..but this is one way to learn by observing.

The mystery unfolds....

That's a lot of eggs in one tiny space.
Beautiful flower shots too.

Lovely photos of the tulip. I think you have used the macro mode.
I like the nest too: but what it's happening?
Have a nice weekend.

That bird is going to be busy feeding all those chicks. Look forward to seeing the progress.

I'm thinking about the name of the tulip in your country.
In turkish "Lala" was the name of Sarayi Guardians,in the Sultan Palace.
And Tulip is a turkish flower...

Hi Medam! This week's flowers are gorgeous, but the titmouse saga is lovely; hope the cat doesn't get any closer... ;))
Thanks for your comment on Blogtrotter, which has now landed in the imperial town of Marrakesh, the Red City!
Hope you enjoy and have a great weekend!

Beautiful tulips shots, and yes, please do keep posting the photos of the titmouse eggs! I can't wait to see the little birdies hatch. Also, please come over to my Big World blog as my mom also saw some eggs recently which I posted today!
