Persistent snow

I took these photos on my way to work this morning. It started to snow last evening and what we saw this morning was white snow and blue sky with the sun that was shining brightly.

Wall screw-moss

I think that these small, soft and thin stalks of moss make nice and interesting close-up photos.

Snow Thursday

This morning got light with snow again. It was beautiful so I took some photos for my blog.

I enjoyed looking at the snow falling off the branches while the morning sun rays were broking through the clouds.

More on White fort

Despite the long-term archaeological research on the White fort, which will continue in 2009, the City of Sarajevo is trying to rebuild this cultural-historical monument. I don’t know when that idea will be realised but I’ve heard that the space within the walls will be designed as a stage adjusted for all seasons which will be used for various entertainment and recreational events. Approaching part of the fort, with views towards the city, will be arranged as promenades according to configuration of the terrain with the lookout terraces and restaurants.
