Interesting photograph. Had to enlarge it to see the details - its is a taxi that has stopped on the tram lines so hopefully will be gone before one comes. I also note the kerb is dropped at the crossing - hope this a regular practice.
to clarify what I meant by the kerb -- I mean the sharp edge of the pavement [sidewalk] is cut away so that people in wheelchairs or pushing prams can move into and cross the road easily without having to negotiate a large step. My wife is a wheelchair user so we notice these things.
