Nice and beautiful colours! I have a Canon A460 too: it's a good camera. Now in Italy there is the new model with 7MPX!

Ours have not bloomed this far. Sometimes we call them "tulip tree."

BTW, Bishop is a SHE! :) She was named for the poet Elizabeth Bishop. Everyone thinks she is a HE.

Those are beautiful flowers. We have a smaller magnolia here called a "Little Gem", but it has white flowers and stays dwarf size.
