I found this butterfly on my office window yesterday morning. It was stuck to the opposite side of the glass that is exposed to the cold weather.

Aww.. what a shame. A great shot through the glass. He came out a little too soon, I suppose. Should have waited until it was a little warmer.
A nice fat moth , good lunch for some birds... Nature is cruel!

I think this is a very large moth and is probably frozen. Great shot through the window. Stay warm yourself Meda.
I suppose it's the cycle of life. I wonder if they live longer than a butterfly.
